EU Repeals Anti-dumping Duties on Iron and Steel Fasteners from China

In the morning of Feb. 27, The European Commission announced an official journal saying it has determined to completely repeal the anti-dumping duties on iron and steel fasteners from China (as extended to imports of certain iron or steel fasteners consigned from Malaysia). This decision was based upon WTO's previous ruling. The decision has come into force since Feb. 28 of 2016. However, the decision does not affect the AD duties imposed before Feb. 28.
