ATF, Inc. Welcomes Kevin Brennan Back as President.

ATF, Inc., supplies cold-formed and machined components and assemblies and engineered fasteners to complex, safety-critical and high-tech applications, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Brennan as President, effective 5/01/2015. A seasoned executive with more than thirty-five years of experience in metals and plastics manufacturing, Kevin joins ATF from Mikrotech LLC, a manufacturer of micro precision components for medical device companies, where he served as President and CEO. Prior to Mikrotech, Kevin served as President and COO of ASYST Technologies, LLC, an EJOT/ATF joint-venture which Kevin successfully established and grew for fourteen years into the leading tier two manufacturer of automotive lighting components.

Kevin’s extensive operational experience is coupled with strategic know-how, including experience with international joint-ventures, strategic alliances, and intellectual property management. Among other accomplishments, Kevin previously served as the Chairman of Intec-Mexico, an ASYST joint venture with the Intec Group, and he also currently serves as a member of the ATF Advisory Board.
