In recent years, hardware products frequently encounter international anti-dumping/countervailing matters, such as the South Africa modified the taxation scope of anti-dumping measure in China`s steel bolts and nuts in July 21, 2010, which would be applied on the bolts taxation exclusion range of base metal expansion sleeve. In addition, the Mexico Ministry of Economy announced in August 2, 2010 the final ruling of anti-dumping measures in carbon steel nuts originating in China in the Official Journal, deciding to impose 64% anti-dumping duty on the products involved, and the ruling was valid since August 3, 2010. The New Zealand Ministry of Economy Development announced the anti-dumping investigation to nails originating or imported from China in November 15, 2010. The Canada Border Services Agency issued the anti-dumping interim reviewing to mattress spring assembly, reconfirming the normal and exported prices of products concerned. The above hardward-related anti-dumping cases illustrate that the hardward industry faced a severe environment of anti-dumping matters.
