CSC to Announce Domestic Wire Coil Price with Lower Price in the Market

CSC will announce the domestic wire coil price for Jan. and Feb. 2011. The market predicts CSC cold/hot rolled, hot dip galvanized steel coils, galvanized steel coils, etc. can be annouced flat or low price under the concern of international market status and the industrial competitiveness from downstream. While the steel plate, wire rod, and magnetic steel will have flat price. According to the market estimation, CSC might have price reduction for hot rolled steel products in Jan. and Feb. 2011 to NT$1,000-1,500/ton. After price reduction, the price each ton will be near the international market status around US$600-630.
