BDI Acquires Brown Bearing Co.

BDI(Bearing Distributors, Inc.), Cleveland, OH, announced the acquisition of Brown Bearing Co.,Spokane, WA. “This acquisition enables us to provide enhanced service and solutions to customers, both existing and prospective, in the Pacific Northwest,” says John Ruth, BDI-USA president and COO. “It also engages BDI with the large loyal customer base that Brown Bearing has developed over nearly 60 years in business.”
