Established in 1994, Shanghai Delta Metal Product specializes in fastener manufacturing. Initially focusing on Europe as the primary export market, they gained recognition for their stainless steel flat washers, becoming the largest exporter in this product category in China. Later on, they expanded the facilities and ventured into the U.S., Canada, and Australia, emerging as the largest supplier of stainless steel flat washers and threaded rods in North America. In 2006, they invested in a new factory dedicated to machining and turning copper, aluminum and stainless steel products, and began exporting to European and American markets. Following the imposition of anti-dumping duties by the EU in 2008, they diversified their export destinations to include Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, South America, Japan, and Russia, now reaching more than 60 nations worldwide.
Over the past 30 years, they have integrated trade and manufacturing to offer one-stop and all-in-one fastener purchasing services, maintaining a competitive edge in pricing, delivery, and customer service. Their clientele includes internationally recognized purchasers and major importers which are also qualified suppliers for GE in the U.S. and IKEA in Sweden.
Fully Automated, Highly Customized, 0.02mm Precision
Their stamped parts factory can handle raw material thicknesses ranging from 0.1 to 15 mm. The fully automated production line employs laser positioning technology to effectively eliminate issues with missing corners. The machining factory also has fully automated production lines with up to 13 workstations operating simultaneously, achieving 0.02 mm precision. Products can be customized according to samples or drawings. The factory is equipped with fully automated inspection equipment capable of laser sorting based on thickness, missing corners, dimensions, burrs, and more, ensuring zero defects in products. The products are widely used across various sectors including solar power generation, wind energy, new energy vehicles, paper manufacturing, chemicals, oil extraction, yachts, and shipping.
By combining manufacturing with the processing capabilities of other factories, they have effectively expanded supply capacity. Notably, they offer hot casting and hot forging capabilities that allow them to take large orders for turned products made from copper, aluminum, and stainless steel. Collaborating with multiple material suppliers allows them to provide products in standard stainless steels such as 301, 302, 303, 304, 316, and 321 as well as special duplex stainless steel 2205. The available copper materials include C27200, C36000, C26000 brass; C10100, C10200, C11000 red copper; along with ASTM1199 aluminum. Copper and aluminum products can be customized based on clients' requirements for specific composition, hardness, and physical-chemical properties. For instance, they have previously produced customized stainless steel spring washers with a yield strength exceeding 3,000 pounds for clients.
