The Anti-dumping Duty Rate Imposed on Certain Stainless Steel Fasteners in Taiwan by EU
According to TIFI, the EU has published the result of the sunset review investigation on certain stainless steel fasteners of China and Taiwan origin. The previous anti-dumping measure will stay in place. In other words, the EU will continue to impose a five-year anti-dumping duty on certain aforementioned fasteners imported from China and Taiwan. This Regulation will enter into force on the day following its publication (January 8, 2012) in the Official Journal of the European Union and the expiry date would be in January 2017.

The anti-dumping duty rate will remain as those of the original investigation result. The duty rate of the involved Taiwan companies is listed as follows:
