The split die is a core die component in multi-station cold heading processes, featuring a split structural design that enables opening and closing actions during the forming process. It is primarily used for cold heading forming of complex-shaped fasteners and special-shaped parts.

Split Design: Consists of left-right or upper-lower die halves that clamp together during forming and open to release the finished part
High-Precision Fit: Parting surface mating accuracy reaches 0.003mm, ensuring flash-free and misalignment-free formed parts
Guiding & Positioning System: Equipped with precision guide pillars and bushes or positioning key structures to ensure accurate and consistent die alignment with each closing cycle
