2 Roll Thread Roller
Solution for tougher and heat-treated material. A robust and sturdy thread rolling machine designed to withstand immense force, with exceptional strength. Maintains structural integrity even under extreme conditions. Die set up facilitated by a touchscreen to shorten changeover time. Digital readout displays die position numerically. Equipped wih a ground worm shaft for precise positioning. User friendly design ensures an easy learning curve for newcomers.
*Squared slide processed by precise grinding is designed for large workpiece and make the thread rolling quality stable.
*Powerful spindle motor can meet the requirement of bigger material and heavy duty rolling.
*Bigger coolant tank and pump motor make the cooling effect better.
*The innovative machine with PLC control and frequency converter which makes the rolling speed adjustable. (optional)
*Spindle diameter can revised accordingly to your particular request.
