Japanese K＆K Engineering Achieves Full Automation of Inspection Machine

K&K Engineering has recently achieved full automation of its glass-disk-type parts inspection machine "QV-7100G" which can automatically perform measuring and inspecting parts. QV-7100G can detect scratches, dents, and burrs on the inner diameter of the workpiece. In addition, the newly developed disk-type transport allows for a stable supply of small-diameter parts.

■ The operating time of sensors can be set from the touch panel
■ No-Go images can be recorded and rechecked on the monitor
■ Abnormal stop history can be recorded and checked on the monitor
■ Inspection results can be automatically tallied for each batch of products
