USITC Tariff Revision: Different Rates for Chinese Fasteners

According to the recently announced revision to the General Schedule of Tariff Applications of the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC), certain fasteners from People’s Republic of China under HS Code 7318 and its subcategories will be subject to different tariff rates (and up to 45% for some subcategories), in addition to the preferential rates for certain countries and the normal rates for the rest of countries.
