MTA Hanoi 2023: Successfully Connecting 140+ Exhibitors with 5,800+ visitors in the Northern Manufacturing Market
From October 11th to 13th at the Hanoi International Exhibition Center (I.C.E), The 9th International Precision Engineering and Manufacturing Reinvented Exhibition & Conference (MTA Hanoi 2023) took place and achieved great accomplishment. Over three consecutive days, the event received a favorable response, attracting more than 5,800 trade visitors who came to explore and connect with over 140+ brands from 17+ countries and territories.
MTA Hanoi 2023 attracted over 5,800 trade visitors on a total area of 4,400 sqm.
Following the resounding success of MTA Vietnam 2023 in Ho Chi Minh City last July, MTA Hanoi 2023, tailored for the Northern market and organized by Informa Markets, has achieved a booming success. With over 5,800 trade visitors and more than 140 exhibiting brands from various countries, including the USA, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Japan, Korea, Australia, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, India, and some domestic exhibitors, thousands of advanced technologies and solutions were introduced. These innovations aim to meet the investment needs for equipment and production line improvements in industrial zones in Hanoi and neighboring provinces, such as Bac Ninh, Vinh Phuc, Ha Nam, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Ninh Binh, Phu Tho, Hai Phong, and Quang Ninh.
Visitors had the opportunity to interact with the most advanced technologies from around the world
The products at the exhibition primarily focused on automation, cutting tools & tooling systems, factory equipment / ancillary & supporting equipment, material handling & storage, measurement & testing technology, metal cutting machines, metal forming / sheet metal cutting machines, mould & die, software and prototyping systems, surface & heat treatment, welding technology and other general services.
As one of this year's exhibitors, Mr. Matthew Powels, Group Marketing Director of LVD has shared: "This is our first time participating in MTA Hanoi. Hanoi market is a very important part of Vietnam for us. We joined the MTA Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City earlier this year and it was very successful. Therefore, we decided to continue our participation in MTA Hanoi to increase brand recognition and help more people get to know LVD and our technologies."
MTA Hanoi 2023 was truly remarkable, attracting thousands of trade visitors. What made it even more special was the presence of VIP guest groups from companies like Samsung, Canon, etc. Mr. Lee Seung Ho - Corporate Vice President, Head of Production Team of Samsung Electronics Vietnam Thai Nguyen Co.,Ltd visited the exhibition and shared his thoughts: “This is the first time I come here. I'm very enjoyable to explore changeable technology and new things. During this visit, I've had a delightful experience and gained insights on how to adapt it to our Samsung products. So thank you for the good chance to come here visiting."

MTA Hanoi 2023 not only impressed the industry community with the diversity of exhibited products, but also with a series of highly practical seminars. Led by top experts in the field, these seminars focus on areas such as semiconductor manufacturing technology, digitalization, and technology transformation. Those provided valuable up-to-date knowledge and professional insights for the workforce in the manufacturing and mechanical engineering sector in Vietnam.
The remarkable success of MTA Hanoi 2023 drives the development of the local mechanical and manufacturing sector, while providing excellent opportunities for hundreds of international businesses to access the Northern market. We look forward to MTA Hanoi 2024, scheduled for October 8-10 next year, as well as the broader exhibition series - MTA Vietnam, set for July 2-5, 2024, in Ho Chi Minh City.
