Everbest Hardware has introduced many sets of advanced production equipment in its 8,000 square meters plant, including multi-station cold forging machines, multi-station longer-size forming machines, thread rolling machines, thread tapping machines, punching machines, etc. With the leading production process and complete inspection methods, it has created for itself a strong technical base. At present, its capacity can reach 2,000 metric tons per month. In addition to standard parts, it can also develop and produce customized products according to different customers’ requirements and drawings. Nearly 90% of its products are exported to Europe, the U.S., Australia, India and South America, and are mainly applied to the building structures, automobiles, highways, railroads, electrical, power and furniture industries.
Adopting Cold Forging to
Create Long Bolts with More Advantageous Features
Different from other counterparts using hot forging to process bolts, Everbest Hardware adopts cold forging to process long bolts with better dimensional control, better surface finish, higher productivity, and most importantly, competitive prices.
These long bolts are currently available in carbon steel, alloy steel and 304/316 stainless steel, with the diameters of M3-M16 and lengths of up to 1,000mm (for M3-M6) and 370mm (for M8-M16), which are galvanized, zinc plated or hot dipped galvanized in grades 4.8/8.8/10.9/G2/G5/G8. Moreover, they can be also made to distinguished head types, diameters, and strengths as per customer’s request.
