Finework (Hunan, China) Reports 2021 Revenue to be RMB 1.13 Billion

Finework (Hunan) New Energy Technology is a developer and manufacturer of high-strength fasteners and a fastening system solutions provider. Its fastening products are used in wind power, engineering machines, railway, ship and aerospace industries. The company is planning to raise RMB 557 million, among which RMB 320 million are for setting up the production line of high-strength wind power fasteners, RMB 117 million for the production line of high-strength fasteners that are not used in wind power, RMB70 million for purchasing the manufacturing plant, and RMB 50 million for replenishing cash flow.
Its wind power fasteners include wind turbine blade inserts, turbine bolts, wind turbine tower bolts, and anchor bolts. Its non-standard inserts are sold to the U.S., Spain, India, Poland, Turkey, Brazil and other countries.
The company grossed RMB 526 million in 2019, RMB 1.196 billion in 2020 and RMB 1.13 billion in 2021; the respective net profits were RMB 65.76 million, RMB 160 million and RMB 78.62 million. The first-quarter revenue this year was RMB 269 million, up 29.31% from RMB 208 million in the same quarter last year; the net profit was RMB 24.48 million, up 24.67% from RMB 19.63 million in the same period last year.
