After several months of negotiations, U.S. House of Representatives officially approved the US$ 1 trillion worth of Bipartisan Infrastructure Deal on November the 5th with 228 votes for “yea” and 206 votes for “nay”.

This Deal is the phase one of the Infrastructure Plan proposed by the Biden’s administration and is also one of the major political views Biden proposed during his Presidential election campaign to the electorate for creating job opportunities in the U.S. in the post-Covid period and enhancing the U.S. competitive edge in the global community.

This Deal is aimed at improving the U.S. domestic infrastructure of roads, bridges, pipes, ports, and the Internet and will be now sent to the White House to be signed by President Biden.

President Biden said he would have the Deal signed as soon as possible and added “the final passage of the US$ 1 trillion Deal was a monumental step forward.”
