Sheh Kai Sets up the Compound Screw Manufacturing Line Which Will Go Into Mass Production in Q3 / Annual Revenue Will Increase 25%

The bi-metal and compound screw manufacturing line invested by Sheh Kai for over NTD 0.1 billion has been put into production at the end of Q1. It will go into the mass production in Q3, and the annual revenue is expected to increase 25%. The capital invested will be soon returned within 1 year. It is understood that Sheh Kai's annual revenue last year was NTD0.759 billion (up 68.69%). The gross profit rate reaches 29.72%, and the operational income is 19.32%. The net profit is 110 million, which is increased 2.23 folds, and EPS reaches 4.11.                           

After the completion of the new factory, its monthly output of compound screws will increase from 15 million to 20 million. The output of compound bolts will extend from 300 thousand to 1 million per month. Currently, in addition to the export to the European Union market, the company is making contact with world class manufacturers, expecting to expand the market effectively.
