New Plant of Wen Yang Machinery -- 3-Die 6-Blow Bolt Parts Former

Wen Yang Machinery Co., Ltd. (Ming Tang Machinery Co., Ltd.) was founded in 1979. It specializes in the manufacture of various screw formers, which are all certified by CE and other patents. In order to correspond to the demand for business expansion, it moved the factory to Hwa Ya Technology Park in Taoyuan. Many professionals from the industry including over 100 foreign agents, and domestic companies and over 200 visitors were invited to the inauguration of the new plant on April 23. This new and wide plant is equipped with advanced precision processing equipment, smooth production lines, and high quality staff at the assembly line. The capacity is expected to increase in order to correspond to the fast growth of Wen Yang and meet global customers’ demand.

In addition to the inauguration, Wen Yang also arranged the demonstration of new machines including “3-Die 6-Blow Bolt Parts Former”, which drew the attention of all guests. Its features cover adjustable upside down forming function, new material removing equipment, the possibility of adding hexagonal and hole punches, which is suitable for all screw sizes and can be processed at one time, saving money and time. On the other hand, another assembly machine for lengthened screws with washers can manufacture screws in 30-200mm, which is also listed as the first-wave products of Wen Yang. Wen Yang insists on “quality first” and “continuous R&D” and has gained the trust of customers. On the day of inauguration, it had already accepted many orders from customers.
