The 21th edition of M-Tech Osaka, con-currently held under Manufacturing World Osaka, was held from October 3rd to 5th . It is the largest fair for machinery components, also the biggest professional IT solution fair of machinery parts and processing technologies in the western Japan. Moreover, it was con-current with the 1st Industrial AI/IoT Expo Osaka and the 3rd Factory Facilities & Equipment Expo. The range of exhibits included a variety of products, motors and processing machines in addition to fasteners and fastening techniques.
As a bridge to opening the Japanese domestic fastener market, Fastener World Magazine sent a correspondent to the show handing out the latest magazines and market intelligence. At the show, the correspondent used Fastener World’s exclusive online product search platform and recommended Taiwanese fastener suppliers to Japanese visitors from the wire, construction, car and fastener industries. They also showed strong interest in Fastener World’s publications which list a host of suppliers information and market intelligence. Furthermore, the show had Taiwanese exhibitors including Bi-Mirth, Aegis, and Chao Hsing which enrolled in the show through Fastener World Magazine. Other Taiwanese exhibitors included Jockey Bill and Da Yang. The Japanese exhibitors included Nitto Seiko, Lobtex, Daimaru and Adrec. The show had a China Pavilion as well.
According to the organizer’s statistics, Manufacturing World Osaka 2018 attracted 1,233 exhibitors and 38,673 visitors. The organizer held an orientation meeting on exhibiting skills and a series of speeches by major Japanese companies. The organizer has announced the 22nd M-Tech Osaka will be held at INTEX Osaka on October 2-4, 2019.
