According to the notice of Bureau of Fair Trade for Imports and Exports of Ministry of Commerce of China, the authority of Argentine industrial trade management and policy informed China’s embassy in Argentina last December that according to the resolution made by Argentine Ministry of Industry in 2010 (No. 256), Argentina has decided to exclude the ball bearings concerned from China (with the outer diameter between 30-120mm) listed in the AD measures originally initiated by the resolution of Ministry of Industry made in 2002 (No. 83) and the resolution in 2006 (No. 405 and 399). The latest decision has come into force since Dec. 30, 2010.
