The shipment of Asahi Sunac Corporation's headers and parts formers combined has reached 7,500 units since the company's inception.  The 7,500th machine was the latest SF80-6 six-die parts forming machine shipped to a primary client, Fukui Byora Co., Ltd. Asahi Sunac manufactures 1 to 7 station headers and formers for assorted sizes. It exclusively developed 2-die 2-stroke headers around 40 years ago , and have earned good reputation for its standard bolt/nut manufacturing machines that are shipped as a hot seller to 40 countries around the world.
