Swiss Hatebur Develops Coldmatic CM725 Seven-station Forming Machine

Hatebur developed the highly flexible "Coldmatic CM725" 7-station forming machine. It is designed to pursue super high precision and the highest level of productivity to satisfy the stringent requirement of automotive parts. It can produce parts in diameters up to 30mm and produces 180 pieces of parts per minute. Its seven-station technology is ideal for the manufacturing of demanding and complex part geometries. Thanks to this, flat parts as well as those that have an extremely thin collar or parts that are difficult to transport can be precisely formed. The forming can take place both on the punch-side and die-side.
