Japanese Planus Chemical Developed New Method Using the Bare Eyes and Ultraviolet Light for Thread Loosening Inspection

Planus Chemical Co., Ltd. is rolling out its new thread loosening inspection method that enables operators to correctly and easily inspect bolt and nut loosening by the bare eyes. With this method, the bolted joint is applied with two coats with different properties, one as the top and the other as the bottom coat. The loosening of the bolt will make the bottom coat visible under ultraviolet light. This method is a ground-breaking technology enabling bare-eye visual inspection.
