Italian REGG Inspection S.r.l. Develops New i-600 Type Screw Inspection Machine

REGG Inspection has developed a new precision inspection machine equipped with a torque inspection module. This tailor-made inspection machine has been purchased by several European fastener makers. Besides the already existing features including inspection for thread outer diameter, root diameter, pitch, and effective diameter, the machine is added with a new function where it can do torque inspection on thread outer diameter after riveting is done inside the machine. The base plate of the machine is made of 100mm-wide granite, and the machine has a 600mm large turntable and a powerful brushless motor to enable higher speed and safer inspection.
