Swiss Bossard, founded in 1831, is a specialized fastener (screws and nuts) supplier and is widely recognized as one of the largest fastener (standard parts) and intelligent inventory management service supplier.

The Group was initially established by the Bossard family. Now it has had over 200 subsidiaries and operating offices in 26 countries. The value of its fastener product offerings around the world represents about 4% of the world’s totals. In addition to over 6,000 standard products under its own brand, Bossard also offers 28 kinds of fasteners under other manufacturers’ brands. In Taiwan, its major customers are from precision machines, bikes, automobiles, and electronics industries.

Bossard’s vision is “We want to be the trusted expert brand providing assembly technology solution for our customer globally” and the Group’s core value is to offer customers complete technical support and solutions.

Bossard (Taiwan branch), founded in 1991, is the first branch Bossard set up in Asia Pacific, which offers service to bikes, machines & tools, electronics, auto components, and green energy industries. Bossard buys and sells various fasteners and is dedicated to offering related engineering and logistics service. It continues to take the lead in Europe, America, and Asia Pacific.

What’s worth mentioning is that what the Group sells is the knowledge of fasteners as well as the logistics management system, which could help customers effectively design and select right fasteners. Through Bossard’s management system, customers could manage their own C-parts and streamline the manufacturing process, which could help reduce total manufacturing costs and accelerate customers’ upgrade on industrial technology as well as advantages in competition, thus adding value to Taiwanese related industries.
