TFTA Visit to CSC’s Wire Rod Production Line & Yacht Club

On Jan. 6, 2016, Taiwan Fastener Trading Association (TFTA) held a factory & yacht club tour for its members to interact with the upstream/downstream industries for better industry communication, including visits to China Steel Corp (CSC) and Horizon Yachts. With the kind reception of these two companies, TFTA members visited CSC’s production lines for wire rods and experienced a comfortable cruise on a luxury yacht at Kaohsiung seaport.
CSC is the largest steel maker in Taiwan and is one of the most important wire suppliers for Taiwanese fastener industry as well, while Horizon Yacht is one of the top 5 customized luxury yachts manufacturing groups in the world. A fastening component with excellent corrosion resistance and safety can be found in every yacht. As far as these fastener suppliers are concerned, both visits were very significant. With the attendance of over 200 members, the event this time was really successful.
