Japanese Public Listed Company TONE to Set up a Subsidiary in Taiwan

Hand tool giant Tone Co Ltd has decided to set a subsidiary in Taiwan, through which it will obtain profit opportunities.

TONE supplies professional tools, construction/engineering/industry-oriented power tools, and torque management device for the machinery and automotive industry. Its product line expands from professional tool to torque device and bolting device.

The Taiwan subsidiary, also a part of TONE's global mapping strategy, is expected to be established in Tainan City starting December 1st 2015, according to TONE's official news release. Its main business will be manufacturing and selling operating tools and device.
