This means the new stainless steel cable gland meets all the requirements in terms of hygiene standards and cleanability in the food industry. These fittings are designed for all areas where it is critically important to avoid any build-up of bacteria and micro-organisms. The new HSK-INOX-HD-Pro is particularly suitable for high-temperature areas and applications where high-pressure cleaning is required. It meets the requirements of protection class IP68 up to 10 bar and IP 69 K (high-pressure tested). The hygienic fitting is completely suitable for high-temperature use, with an approved temperature range of -40 to + 120 degrees Celsius.
