Haiyan is a critical fastener manufacturing heartland in China. Many specialists are located in this area and offer products with higher quality compared to manufacturers located in other areas. Haiyan Zhaofeng Fasteners Co., Ltd., under President Kellen Hoo’s leadership, is an ISO 9001 certified professional nuts manufacturer. It offers consulting and manufacturing service for hex nuts, thin/thick hex nuts, heavy nuts, steel structure nuts, flange nuts, nylon locknuts, furniture nuts, and a variety of non-standard parts that are widely applied in construction, highway, railway, and auto parts industries.
Entering Markets with Specialties
President Hoo started the fastener business in 2002 and established Haiyan Zhaofeng Fasteners in 2006 with the total factory area of 5,800 sq. m, 42 employees, 22 sets of manufacturing equipment, and 1,200 tons of monthly production. Responding to the corporate logo resembling the profile of a nut, all the technical staff in Zhaofeng’s factory have at least 20 years of experience in nut processing. Moreover, with the addition of automated production lines, the company can not only enhance the capacity and product quality effectively, but can also solve any problem found in the production line at the first time, ensuring quality and uninterrupted output.
Zhaofeng’s major clients are European importers and exporters, but it also has a list of clients from American and Asian markets. President Hoo said, “Our factory is located at the Hang-Jia-Hu Plain, which the landscape is gorgeous and rich in resources. The convenient transport system within this area also helps us save shipping costs, and therefore we can transfer them in a more effective way to the prices of our products and increase the sales of products that are more competitive. The most significant advantage of our factory should be the reasonable price, optimal quality, and the trust of our overseas clients.”
Only with Continuous Development Can the Company Grow in Adverse Conditions
President Hoo said that the Company will be an exhibitor of a furniture fair in Poland this September and will focus on developing the market of furniture nuts. “Though nuts are not one of the product category that has been involved in EU’s antidumping measures, the current slowdown of a recovering European economy did give us a lesson that only with continuous development of markets and technical improvement can we grow in adverse conditions.” Such a statement may be with sincere words and earnest wishes, but it is true, isn’t it? President Hoo gave us a clear picture of the company in the future and said, “The competition for a company has become quality-oriented with the introduction of high-level technology rather than price-oriented with low-level technology.”
