Personnel changes within the Central Managing Board of the Würth Group
Taking effect on 1 May 2015, the Central Managing Board of the Würth Group will be rearranged. As before, the body consists of four people. Robert Friedmann remains Chairman of the Central Managing Board. Peter Zürn remains the Deputy Chairman and Joachim Kaltmaier will be responsible for the entire area of finance. To strengthen both the Würth Line and the functions of central importance to the Würth Line, Bernd Herrmann was appointed for the fields of IT, e-business, logistics and IT processes.
Herrmann has been working with the Würth Group since 1990. As Executive Vice President he is responsible for the functions IT and logistics in the Würth Group and is at the same time managing director of Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG (AWKG). On health grounds, Uwe Hohlfeld will resign from the Central Managing Board; as managing director he will also in future be responsible for the fields of finance and controlling in the parent company, AWKG.
