Sinpa to Elect New President and Board

Sinpa (the syndicate of fastener industries in Brazil) will have a new president and new board of directors this April. Having been the president of Sinpa for 14 years (since 2001), president José Gianesi Sobrinho will pass the title to Paulo Roberto Solimeo (of Acument Brasil Sistemas de Fixação S/A). Solimeo will also designate Fernando Antônio Gomes Martins (of Continental Parafusos S/A) as his vice president.
