Japan's Tokyo Gigen Kogyo Develops Screw Checking Machine

Tokyo Gigen Kogyo's "Screw Checker" visual sorting machine can check small screws, cap screws, and screws with washer with only one-touch configuration and it comes at a low price.

Previously the company rolled out "View Checker" visual sorting machine that features general usability where it can check all-shape cold-press parts via customizable configuration. The "Screw Checker" this time specifically focuses on checking cold-press "screws" and simplifies screw checking process. With this simplified design the operator can significantly reduce time required for configuration prior to checking. Compared with "View Checker" that achieves highly customizable checking via detailed settings, "Screw Checker" minimize numeric value input to the extreme to reach the simplest operability.
