Bulten Officially Inaugurates Its Russian Production Facility

On Oct. 28th, Bulten officially inaugurates its Russian production facility. The factory is Bulten’s first in Russia and also the first modern manufacturing unit of fasteners for the automotive industry in the country.

"We started production in the today inaugurated Russian business at the end of September - initially in small scale but with a planned gradual increase in volume. Bulten and GAZ have in a very cost effective way created a modern production together and I see great potential in this initiative", says Tommy Andersson, President and CEO of Bulten.

As part of the venture, a production facility of 12,500 square meters has been renovated in Gorky Automobile Plant, where international modern machinery has been installed to enable all process steps in production of high quality fasteners.
