PPG Industries Enters Fastener Market with its Electrophoretic Coating Technology

Electrophoretic coating is a mature technology that can make consistent coating width. It is eco-friendly, highly efficient, and anti-corrosive. A decade ago, PPG Industries  turned their focus on the fastener market and developed a unique coating formula and coating technique for this market. This formula can precisely control the coating width on a component, prevent plugged hole and accumulated paint. It comes with color management as well as excellent and stable anti-corrosion function. It is lead-free and chromium-free for environment protection, and can guarantee the coating quality quality of each product under batch production.
