Japan Marunaka Starts Producing Double Anti-loosening Bolts & Nuts

Marunaka has recently started producing "W-V-Lock" double anti-loosening bolts and nuts. The company utilizes ratchet mechanism on its flange bolts and flange nuts (both coming with washers), and additionally adds a protruding structure to the bottom of the washer. The fastened object will grip the protruding part of the product. In this way, the protruding part and the ratchet structure offer double anti-loosening effect. Removing this product will only require the loosening torque slightly higher than the fastening torque.
