Japanese Nitto Seiko Launched Sales of Self-drilling Screw Fastening Machine

On May 15, Nitto Seiko started sales of FM530C uniaxial auto self-drilling screw fastening machine. Equipped with servo screw driver, the machine can fasten screw stably at high speed.  The company re-designed its KX screwdriver into one exclusively used for self-drilling screws. FM530C utilizes servo motor that can run at 2000 min.－1 maximum spin speed during drilling and can run at low speed with torque control when fastening female screws. It can perform high speed and high quality fastening of self-drilling screws. Depending on board width and material, the operator can configure torque and spin settings to achieve torque precision and stable fastening effect.
