Yuang Hsian Develops YFW-F Type Copper Wire

Yuang Hsian Metal Industrial Corp. is a maker of copper alloy wires and rods. The company developed YFW-F type copper wires specifically used EDM wires. YFW-F applies to dentless machining on precise-cut mold surface to considerably improve surface smoothness, with cutting speed 20% higher than  common brass wires. The product is most suitable for precise-cut mold machining and fine blanking, and can replace zinc-plated wires to lower cost effectively. It can improve the life span of punch mold by over 60%, elevate the rate of finished product, and lower electroplating cost.
