Chang stresses that Unitech hardware parts start with cold forge, then onto molding (where fasteners take initial forms), and onto threading. The quality of threads determines the applications of the fasteners, and thus determines the quality of the fasteners. In the stage of validating the specifications of fasteners, operators will ensure all fasteners are made in accordance with designated specifications before they are delivered to clients. At the end of every production line, the company conducts process analysis to guard the intactness of products.
