According to Udnbkk.com, the prices of Thailand`s major decoration and construction raw materials like steel bars, ceramic tiles, and cement and so on have ascended. Among all, the prices of steel bars are estimated to rise in the end of 2011. The bagged cement price has risen twice, and the ceramic tiles have already raised the prices in the first half of 2011 with about 5% increase. The chief of Thai Real Estate Association states that 2011 Thai`s housing price, overall, will hike 5~7% compared with 2010 followed by the cost mounting of building materials.
