Since the establishment in 1976, Jyh Shinn Plastic Co., Ltd has been producing plastic fasteners and wiring accessories. It has more than 30 years of experience in plastic molding and mold design, constantly seeking quality and sophistication in products. Its fastener-related products include cable ties, cable/hose clamp, wire tie mount, automotive fasteners, and plastic fastener, etc. Cable tie is the main product of the company, accounting for 70% of total production value.
Jyh Shinn Plastic features cable ties because they have wider efficacy in applications in various industries such as automobile & motors, machinery, hardware, engineering, and electronic parts. With the ongoing price competition with China and Southeast Asia, Jyh Shinn Plastic strives for quality assurance, inquires for customer feedback and listens to their needs. To improve technical service quality for broad clients, the company introduces 3D CAD into product design and R&D to assist creative concepts. In this way, it can quickly help clients evaluate the feasibility of materializing their product concept and reduce cost, all through the convenience of 3D CAD drawings and 3D printing.
The company states that its 30-year experience in various plastic molding has successfully helped domestic and foreign clients make the best choice for R&D and alternative products, earning positive feedback from the industry. In 1993 its main products acquired certification for UL safety regulations, and all products have met EU RoHS directives and obtained ISO 9001: 2008 certificate. Currently it is applying for ISO14001 (environmental management system certificate). All these efforts aim at the goal of becoming an “eco-friendly company”, and so far Jyh Shinn Plastic’s attainment has proved its endeavors in quality upgrade. In response to environment-friendly regulations and emerging green materials, the company’s R&D is going for “green products”. Thus, it will focus on how to fully understand the properties of green materials during production and how to reduce the cost of samples.
Jyh Shinn Plastic currently targets its product export at Europe and US. Its operations in Europe focus on cable ties and wire accessories; operations in US focus on designing and developing fastener-related products. Recently it is actively expanding territory in emerging markets like Russia and Eastern Europe.
