Nedschroef- the Machine Manufacturer
Nedschroef has devoted itself to manufacturing for the fastener industry for over a century. Founded in 1894, the Helmond, Netherlands-headquartered Nedschroef began its business as a rivet manufacturer for the shipbuilding industry. Later on in 1950s, it turned to manufacture higher-end automotive fasteners and developed fastener machines for its own use. In 1961, the machine manufacturing department of Nedschroef was separated from the fastener sales department and was moved to a new machine manufacturing factory in Herentals, Belgium as its global operation center. Up to this date, Nedschroef Machinery has become a world leading manufacturer of multi-stage cold/hot formers and a supplier of molds.
Nedschroef Machinery sticks to principles of supplying modern and reliable machines to clients, integrating the development and improvement of part manufacturing craftsmanship, reinforcing mold design and training programs, and transferring successful results of technical research to machine users. In order to expand its presence in the market and offer clients perfect support, Nedschroef will continue to strengthen the construction of its sales & service centers in China and other regions around the world and strive to make 24/7 service into a reality. Its localized strategy, all-purpose technical solutions, and everything else are all for getting suppliers and end-users closer.
In China, some companies with actual strength have purchased and have been using machines from Europe and USA. However, if we look at the entire market scale of China, only a few companies use imported equipment. Although the automobile sale in China for 2013 was nearly 20 million units, lots of families are still considering buying the first car of their own, which indicates tremendous actual demand in the market, as fastener companies need faster, more precision, more durable, and more stable brands of facilities. Based on this background, veteran brands such as Nedschroef have soon become the first and foremost choice of mill supplies to fastener companies.
“Patience is required for developing any market. We took every step in China carefully and accumulated our reputation through every sale of our machine. We have confidence in the bright future of Chinese market,” said sales manager Shenghua Wang. Modern machines, techniques, mold design, and a variety of training programs are all key factors in producing high-end fasteners. The achievement of major aims of Nedschroef at the present and in the future will go around these key factors for sure.
