The president of China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing（CFLP）, Li-ming He quoted data, analyzing that the average annual consumption growth of iron ore, steel, steel material, pig iron in the "11th Five-Year Plan" period reached respectively 16%, 14.1%, 15.4%, 11.8%, however they will change into 14%, 9.6%, 8% and 9% during the "12th Five-Year Plan" period. China’s steel circulation status of super rapid increase will slow down in the future.
