Monthly capacity exceeds 1,500 tons. Compliant with Product, Production Process, and Lab Regulations

Easylink was certified by ISO 9001 in 1996, QS9000 in 2001, as well as TS16949 in 2006. Furthermore its products gain TAF’s ISO/TEC17025 Lab certificate, and comply with ISO14001 environment protection regulation, RoHS standard and REACH standard specification. Keeping an eye on client and market demand and acquiring correspondent certificates to comply with all regulations is the fundamental requirement of Easylink’s sustainability. The headquarters own various professional fastener forming machines including 1 die 2 blow, 2 die 4 blow, and 4 die 4 blow cold-forge forming machines, plus head recess cutting machines, fastener machining machines, and optical sorting machines to monitor defective rate. New Product: Flat Head Double Threaded Chipboard Screw

Its new product R&D must go through the evaluation of the project team in the first place, and then the company will provide a trial sample to the client prior to the official production. In 2014 Easylink will display its new product, flat head double threaded chipboard screw, to the market. The product has outstanding torque property that can withstand 45 degree bending and speedy driven capability.
