CAISPM Achieved Localization of High Speed Rail Critical Fastsners Supplied by R&D Companies

SRI (Sifang Rolling Stock Research Institute Co., Ltd.), owned by China CNR Corp which takes down over half of the market share of scooters and rail cars,  is an important supplier of the products and critical systems of China rail cars. China CNR have once extensively visited high-end fastener makers. It is impressed by CAISPM's (China Avation Industry Standard Parts Manufacturing) 40-year experience and R&D in high -temperature alloy, and titanium alloy.

On August 12 2013,  SRI signed the first high speed rail fastener procurement agreement with CAISPM, and asked CAISPM to develop 4 high temperature alloy bolts and 3 high temperature alluy nuts. In September, both sides completed the technical review on 3 types of bolts and two types of nuts,  and started to make plans for procurement. On November 9. over 400 types of products in the first 5 catagory were sent out for delivery. CAISPM successfully achieved localization of high speed rail critical fastsners supplied by technology and development companies.
