USA Initiates Sunset Review for Chinese Steel Nails Dumping

On Oct. 21, 2013, U.S. International Trade Commission announced to initiate the sunset review for the steel nails dumping with China origin in order to confirm if the products involved would continue to cause any material injury to domestic industries in the U.S. after the termination of antidumping measures within the foreseeable period. On July 10, 2007, U.S. Department of Commerce began the dumping investigation of Chinese steel nails falling within codes 7317.00.55, 7317.00.65, 7317.00.75. On July 1, 2013, the commerce department began to file a case of sunset review on July 1, 2013.
