A company that came from land of cowboys, the Texan Lamons advances increasingly in the big Brazilian market. After the recent acquisition of Cifal (of São Paulo), a fasteners manufacturer, and a strong player in Oil & Gas sector, now the company announced the purchase of Gasket (of Rio de Janeiro), which produces sealing systems. According to the director of operations in Brazil, Marcelo Turco, the group seeks to offer clients business integrating seals and fastening systems, thereby differentiating it from the current market. "This combination is an enormous gain technologically and practically for the customer who can buy the complete solution at once", said Turco.
