The European Commission（EC）had made the final confirmation decision for a period of 5 years of the anti-dumping penalties in Nov. 2005. Following the impending expiry dated on 19 Nov. 2010 of the anti-dumping measures on imports of certain stainless steel fasteners and parts thereof originating in China and Taiwan , the EC has received a request lodged by the European Industrial Fasteners Institute（EIFI）on 19 Aug. for an expiry review. The EC announced the initiation of this case reviewing with products currently falling within CN 73181210、73181410、73181530、73181551、73181561、73181570.
