Japan TOHNICHI CO.,LTD. Acquired Patent for Axial Force Stabilizer “Fcon”
The previous technology has the following drawbacks:
1. Machine oil has incomplete axial force stabilizing function.
2. Turing Molybdenum disulfide powder into a semi-liquid state is prone to result in low coefficient of friction and loosening.
3. Lubricated screws are prone to end up in the peel-off of coated envelope during repetitive fastening, thus making it difficult to reuse screws. Dealing with small-lot or large size screw production is not easy.
“Fcon” has the world top class axial force stabilizing function and proper coefficient of friction (torque). It can be directly applied to the screw surface so there is no need to worry about peel-off and users can reuse the screw.
