The Deadline of Malaysian Fastener Manufacturers and Exporters Apply to Abolish Anti-dumping Investigation

According to a Malaysian news agency, Bernama, those exporters and manufacturers who export steel fasteners from Malaysia to EU have to submit the related evidence by Dec. 3 if they want to abolish anti-dumping investigation. Ministry of International Trade and Industry Malaysia sated in a report that manufacturers and exporters had to prove Malaysian and Chinese manufacturers had no cooperative relationship and helped Chinese manufacturers export steel fasteners to EU in order to have anti-dumping taxes evasion. The related application and information need to be submitted to EU Commission before the deadline.
