Tong Ming Applies for Listing on TSE

Tong Ming Enterprise Co., Ltd. submitted its application of listing on Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE) on July 17, 2013 and KGI Securities will be appointed the authorized dealer.

Tong Ming specializes in production and sales of stainless steel fasteners and wire. Officially registered in British Cayman Islands and mainly operated in China, Tong Ming expanded its business from purely manufacturing to downstream service networks, created its own brand “TONG”, and reinforced the multiple development of its 32 branches, making it have a leading position in the stainless steel fastener sales network of China.

The total capital of Tong Ming is NTD 1.5 billion. According to the audited result of Year 2012, the operational income reached about NTD 0.57 billion, net profit after tax was roughly NTD0.17 billion, and EPS was NTD 1.08. The audited operational income of 2013 Q1 was roughly NTD 1.375 billion, net profit after tax was roughly NTD 76.1 million, and EPS was NTD 0.51.
