QuaStix Cross Screws by Japan OSG SYSTEM PRODUCTS have Acquired Japanese Patent, Waiting for International Patent
Quastix cross screws can remove the problem of "cam out" (a process by which a screwdriver slips out of the head of a screw being driven once the torque required to turn the screw exceeds a certain amount). The product has already acquired Japanese patent and is undergoing the application for international patent. The patenet of the product is expected to be sequently confirmed in other nations later on and will be applied in a wide range of territories.
Product Design:
1. Zero-degree driving angle θ≦0°. Excellent torque transmission minimizing recess deformation.
2. Taper recess. Positive tool engagement. Increasing work efficiency.
3. Applying "radiuses" into the design concept to eliminate cam out tendency. No cam out and no ream out.
4. Wider wing demension and longer tool life.
5. Compatible with PH (cross recess) tools. Both assenbly and dissembly can be handled without special tools if necessary.
6. Spec from M1.4~M8.
